The Galibier Thabor ski area

At the foot of the famous Col du Galibier and Col du Télégraphe, the ski resort of Valloire invites you to experience all the fun of the 150 km of pistes in the Galibier Thabor ski area. Located across from the lifts, you’ll be able to ski in and out of our hotel.

With a snowpark, sledging slopes, 89 ski slopes, slalom stadiums and beginner’s zones, there’s something for everyone at the Galibier-Thabor ski area with its 150 km of pistes adapted to all levels. The area, composed of the resorts of Valloire and Valmeinier, is located on the geographic border of the Northern and Southern Alps, between the Vanoise and Écrins national parks. It also boasts quality snow from the north from the end of December to the end of April and good sunshine from the south.

Countless other activities await you, including snowshoeing, dog sledding, llama rides, trailing, Nordic walking, adventure hiking, speed riding, snowtubing, paragliding and ultralighting. There really is something for everyone in Valloire!
